Internet Problems?

When i click on internet explorer it just loads and then the page is blank. When i type like a site it whould always say Internet Explorer could not open search page and when i try a system restore a message pop up ” DDE server window: rstrui.exe-Unable to lacte Component ” This application has failed to start because iertutil.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix th problem…i dont even know what that means….u really need help.

Ok, Put Windows disk in. goto add/remove programs… remove IE. then do a defrag. when defrag is done. reinstall IE.. Fixed problem some files were corrupted
